About The Camp
The EOS Football Pro Camp is a unique opportunity for motivated players aged 7 to 16 to train under a methodology used in top-level European academies. This is not just another soccer camp. It’s a gateway to the next level — an intense, structured, and inspiring program designed for young athletes who dream of becoming professionals.

Throughout the week, players will take part in a competitive environment where every session and every task is assessed through our Draft system.
We evaluate players based on key areas aligned with our methodology: technical ability, tactical understanding, decision-making, competitive mindset, work ethic and overall behaviour on and off the field.
All evaluations contribute to a continuous ranking, allowing us to compare players objectively based on their performance over time.
At the end of the camp, this process will determine which player has demonstrated the highest level across all areas.

FAQs
Players should ideally be competing at a high club level (e.g., top-tier club teams, academy prospects). We are looking for players who demonstrate strong technical ability, tactical understanding for their age, and a high degree of motivation.
Our coaching staff consists of professionals with direct experience in youth development at renowned academies in Barcelona, Spain. Detailed profiles may be shared with selected applicants.
Players should bring appropriate football attire (boots, shin guards, comfortable training wear), a water bottle, sunscreen, and any personal medication. A detailed list will be provided upon confirmation.
To maintain focus and a professional training environment, parents are generally not permitted to stay for the duration of training sessions. There might be specific observation times or an end-of-camp showcase; this will be communicated.
The camp is specifically designed for talented players aged 7 to 14 years old. The hero section mentioned 7-16 initially, but the core program focus is 7-14 for this specific camp.
Coaching will primarily be in English. Our Barcelona coaches are typically multilingual, and key instructions can be clarified if needed, but English proficiency is beneficial.
